A new visitor can begin the registration process by clicking on the gold “Click for 14 day free trial” button at the top, right hand corner of the homepage. This takes the user to the registration form, which asks for a first and last name, email address, company name, phone number, TeamSupport version preference, password, primary interest in TeamSupport, number of potential seats needed and desired evaluation process After entering the information, the user can click the terms of service agreement box and submit the information. Users are given access to a free 14 day trial that does not require any billing information. Once the trial is up, the user will be asked to supply credit card information and choose a TeamSupport plan.
Users can choose from three TeamSupport packages. The first is the Express membership which costs about $15 per user per month. This plan offers service for small support teams. The mid range plan is the Support Desk membership which costs about $25 per user per month. This plan is designed for end user support or internal help desk services.
